About modification of the Procedure for confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child out of healthcare institution

Bring in the Procedure for confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child out of healthcare institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 9, 2013 No. 9 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 3, the Art. 65), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child out of healthcare institution

1. To add Item 1 after words of "the woman and the child" with words ", including in the territory where public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers".

2. Add the Procedure with Items 9-17 of the following content:

"9. Procedure for formation of the commission which considers question of confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child in the territory where public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers (further - the commission on questions of confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child in the uncontrollable territory) and regulations on it affirm the joint order of the Ministry of Health and MVOT.

Said commission from consent representatives of the International Humanitarian Organizations determined by MVOT are included.

10. The commission on questions of confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child in the uncontrollable territory considers question of confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child according to the written application of the woman who gave birth to the child, her relatives, other persons, representatives to represent its interests.
