About modification and amendments in the Land code No. 828/1991

Art. I. – In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 36:

Owners of lands of agricultural purpose can place on these lands structures on acceptance of tourists of category of agrotourist boarding house without change of purpose of the respective lands.

The right established in part one can be realized if the owner of lands of agricultural purpose is engaged in agricultural activities at least five years.".

3. In article 58 part one change concerns only the text in state language.

4. In Article 73:

part third after words "Item b) 36," to add Article parts two with the words "or for activities, stipulated in Article 38-1,";

the first offer of part four to add with words ", and the objects relating to activities for rural tourism (agrotourism), stipulated in Article 38-1.".

5. State Article 99 in the following edition:
