About measures for streamlining of the business activity connected with scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
For the purpose of providing domestic manufacturer with raw materials, protection of valuable interests of the state in the course of implementation of the business activity connected with scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. To the ministry of industrial policy and Licensed chamber in accordance with the established procedure to bring in a month in instructions which regulate procedure for issue of licenses, conditions and rules of implementation of the business activity connected with collection, procurement, conversion, purchase and sale of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, changes concerning strengthening of requirements to conditions of issue of licenses and rules of implementation of business activity, having provided, in particular, obligatory availability of modern technical and technological means, appropriate level of qualification of personnel, and also ensuring proper level of environmental control.
2. To subjects of business activity in a month after entry into force of changes to the instructions specified in Item 1 of this resolution to bring the activities into accord with requirements which follow from these changes.
3. To the ministry of industrial policy, Licensed chamber, the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade, the State Customs Service, the Ministry of Finance, State Tax Administration together with Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations after the termination the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution of term to perform within three months complex check of observance by subjects of business activity of requirements of the specified instructions, the external economic, foreign, tax and customs legislation.
