About modification and amendments in the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and additions:
1. Recognize Article 15-1 invalid.
2. Add Article 41 with part (2-1) following of content:
"(2-1) For persons who acquired insurance years of service at least 10 complete years with special working conditions the standard retirement age provided in the table 2, decreases according to table 2-1. The list of workplaces with special working conditions based on which the old-age pension on favorable terms is granted and also procedure for application of this list affirm the Government.
