1. Item 1.5 of the Regulations on procedure for liquidation of banks approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 9, 1998 No. 240 (рег. to No. 626 of February 11, 1999) to state in the following edition:
"1.5. Central Bank in case of liquidation of bank revokes the license for the right of carrying out banking activities granted to it.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
