About approval of the Regulations on the State register of registrars of settlement transactions

According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the State register of registrars of settlement transactions which are applied.

2. Include in State the register of registrars of settlement transactions of model of registrars of settlement transactions and their modification which were included in the State register of electronic control cash registers and computer systems.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 1997 of N913 "About Regulations on the State Register of Electronic Control Cash Registers and Computer Systems" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 35, page 50).

Regulations on the State register of registrars of settlement transactions

1. The state register of registrars of settlement transactions (further - the State register) - the list of models of registrars of settlement transactions, their modifications of national and foreign production (further - models) which meet the requirements of regulatory legal acts and regulating documents, underwent the state certification and are resolved for application during implementation of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services.

2. Such data on models are entered in the State register:

name;

version of the internal software;

name and location of the applicant and producer;

the term of primary registration in bodies of the State Tax Service;

date and number of the decision on inclusion in the State register;

scope of application.
