About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather temporary permissions to broadcasting in the anti-terrorist operation zone and frontier areas of Ukraine

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 48, Art. 526; 2006, No. 18, Art. 155; 2010, No. 38, Art. 503; 2012, No. 39, Art. 461):

Item 7 parts three of Article 16, item 4 of Article 24 to add 1) with the words "including for needs of temporary broadcasting";

Part the sixth Article 41 after the words "for needs of TV and radio broadcasting" to add 2) with the words "including the conclusions for needs of temporary broadcasting";

3) in Article 42:

the first offer of part four to add with the words "or permissions to temporary broadcasting";

3 parts seven after words "the copy of the license for broadcasting" to add Item with words "(or the copy of the decision on permission to temporary broadcasting)";

Part third of Article 50 to add 4) with the words "including for needs of temporary broadcasting".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 265; 2006, No. 18, Art. 155; 2012, No. 39, Art. 461; 2015, No. 23, Art. 159, No. 45, Art. 409):

Article 14 after paragraph two to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Provision of permissions to temporary broadcasting".
