About modification of Rules of development, approval of federal state educational standards and introduction of changes in them

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of development, approval of federal state educational standards and introduction of changes in them approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 5, 2013 No. 661 "About approval of Rules of development, approval of federal state educational standards and introduction of changes in them" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 33, Art. 4377; 2014, No. 38, Art. 5069; 2016, No. 16, Art. 2230; 2017, No. 2, Art. 368).

Changes which are made to Rules of development, approval of federal state educational standards and introduction of changes in them

1. To add Item 2 after paragraph one with the paragraph of the following content:

"Projects in the part concerning the general education are developed taking into account priorities of scientific technology development of the Russian Federation and actions of the plan of strategy implementation of scientific technology development of the Russian Federation.".

2. State Items 6 and 7 in the following edition:

"6. The projects containing the data which are the state and protected by the law other secret are developed, considered and affirm according to these rules taking into account the requirements shown to protection of these data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Developed projects go developers to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for consideration and approval.
