About approval of the Technical regulation about the main safety requirements to explosives for civil application, placement in the market and control over explosives for civil application

Based on Article 18 and line item of the 12th appendix No. 3 to the Law No. 235 of December 1, 2011 on activities for accreditation and assessment of conformity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 46-47, 136), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Technical regulation about the main safety requirements to explosives for civil application, placement in the market and supervision over explosives for civil application it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 24 months of date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for Items 9, of 53, of 54, of 56, 57 and 83 Technical regulations about the main safety requirements to explosives for civil application, placement in the market and supervision over explosives for civil application which will become effective from signature date of the Agreement on assessment of conformity and recognition of industrial products between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union.

3. To entry into force of the Agreement on assessment of conformity and recognition of manufactured goods between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union:

1) placement in the market of the explosives marked by SM mark of conformity put according to Law No. 235 provisions from is allowed
