About modification of the Regulations on planning and procedure for conducting inspection checks

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to articles 67, of 71 Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of conducting inspection checks of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276 "About approval of the Regulations on planning and procedure for conducting inspection checks", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894, the following changes:

The name of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition: "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks";

Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Approve Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks (further - the Provision) which are applied.".

2. Make changes to the Regulations on planning and procedure for conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 13, 2011 No. 366) (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

3. To department of methodology (Ivanenko N. V.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
