About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007 No. 172

Bring in the Regulations on features of licensing of separate types of activity (in the new edition) approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007, No. 172 "About approval of the Regulations on features of licensing of separate types of activity (in the new edition)", the following changes and amendments:

1. In Item 2 of Chapter 19:

- state the second paragraph in the following edition:

"National Bank of Tajikistan - on audit of credit institutions, Islamic credit institutions and insurance companies.";

- in Item 5 of the word of "banking organizations" shall be replaced with words "credit institutions and Islamic credit institutions".

2. In Item 3 of Chapter 54 of the word "Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "National Bank of Tajikistan".

3. State Chapter 56 in the following edition:

"Chapter 56. Features of licensing of activities of credit institutions and Islamic credit institutions

1. The licensed activities:

- activities for banking operations;

- activities for implementation of Islamic banking activities.

2. In the license banking activities and/or Islamic banking activities and types of activity to which implementation credit institutions and Islamic credit institutions according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also currency in which these transactions and types of activity are performed have the right are specified.
