"Chapter 55 (2). Features of licensing of activities in the field of mail service

1. The licensed type of activity: activities in the field of mail service.

2. The list of services of mail service which implementation requires the license:

- acceptance, processing, transportation and delivery (delivery) of mailings;

- acceptance and money transfer by means of mail;

- express mail and courier services;

- services of international post;

- production and sale of the state signs of payment of mail service;

- acceptance, processing, transportation and delivery (delivery) of departures of special and courier communication.

3. The licensing body: The communication service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. In the form of the license in addition to the data specified in Item 1 of Chapter 3 this provision are specified:

- phone numbers and fax;

- e-mail;

- licensed territory.

5. The license contains the following additional requirements and conditions:

- type of activity in the field of mail service for which implementation the license is granted;

- the activities territory specified in the license;

- license effective period;
