About modification of Item 3 of rules and conditions of drawing mark of conformity to technical regulations

Make change to the rules and conditions of drawing mark of conformity to technical regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1184 "About approval of form, the description of mark of conformity to technical regulations, rules and conditions of its drawing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 6, of the Art. 299), having stated Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The mark of conformity is followed by identification number of the appointed conformity assessment body if such body was attracted at production control stage, in the UA.TR.YYY or YYY format where:
UA - symbol of Ukraine Latin letters;
TR - symbol which means that the conformity assessment body is appointed to performance of works on assessment of conformity to requirements of technical regulations;
YYY - identification number of the appointed conformity assessment body.
Identification number of the appointed conformity assessment body is put with such body or for its specifying by the producer or the authorized representative.".
