According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 27, 1999 N 731 "About the special mode of investing activities in the territory of the city of Kharkiv" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the list of priority types of economic activity in the territory of the city of Kharkiv for which the special mode of investing activities is set and the Procedure for consideration and approval of investment projects which are implemented by subjects of business activity in the territory of the city of Kharkiv (are applied).
2. To the Ministry of Economics:
consider annually results of introduction of the special mode of investing activities in the city of Kharkiv and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning modification of the list of priority types of economic activity;
in case of modification of Classification of types of economic activity of recreation center 009-96 to submit relevant proposals in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
