About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Ct.I. – In the Law on the state material and mobilization reserves No. 589/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 11-12, 114), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In the prolog of part (2) Article 1 after the words "based on offers" to add part with words of "Ministry of Internal Affairs", and word "with the Agency of material reserves, public procurements and humanitarian assistance", shall be replaced with words "with the body responsible for realization the politician in the field of the state material and mobilization reserves,".
2. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Management of the state material reserves
Management, coordination and control in the field of the state material reserves are performed by the body responsible for realization the politician in the field of the state material and mobilization reserves (further – responsible body) appointed by the Government according to the legislation.".
3. Part (3) articles 3 after words "to approved
with" to add with words "Ministry of Internal Affairs".
4. In Article 4 of the word "The Regulations Developed by the Agency — the Provisions, Instructions Approved with the Relevant State Bodies and" shall be replaced with words "Regulations".
5. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Economy and Trade" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in the corresponding case, the word "Agency" – the words "responsible body" and "Responsible Body" in the corresponding case, and in part (Article 9 of the word "The Agency Is Authorized:" shall be replaced with words 3) "The responsible body is authorized:".
