About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Public special service of transport" about the status of the Public special service of transport

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the Public special service of transport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 19, Art. 269 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. In word preamble of "the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of transport, road economy, tourism and infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Defence of Ukraine".

2. To state part one of Article 1 in the following edition:

"The public special service of transport is to specialized military forming which is a part of the system of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, intended for ensuring steady functioning of transport in peace time and during the special period".

3. In Article 3:

1) in part one of the word "and also other regulatory legal acts governing the relations in the field of transport and its functioning in peace time and during the special period" shall be replaced with words "orders and directives of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine, joint orders of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of transport, road economy, tourism and infrastructure, and also orders and directives of the chief of the General Staff - the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which govern the relations on planning of use of forces of defense and the organization of training of troops";

Part the second to add 2) with the words "and the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of transport, road economy, tourism and infrastructure".

4. In Article 4:

Paragraphs two and third to state 1) to part one in the following edition:

"Governing body of the Public special service of transport in system of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine; crews, regiments, detached battalions";
