In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 4, 2017 "About first-priority measures of the state support of key branches of economy in the conditions of liberalization of the foreign exchange market", and also for the purpose of prevention of plunders and abuses in case of realization and supply of the liquefied gas to the population, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3253:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 01.11.2018 No. 897
2. Determine that retail price for 1 kilogram of the liquefied gas to the population for consumption in life changes in proportion to the change in price for natural gas, implemented to the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition to provide to the Uzbek state inspectorate for control of use of oil products and gas system control of respect for the uniform retail price, and also delivery established by this resolution within the allocated amount and distribution of the liquefied gas realized to the population for consumption in life through JSC Uztransgaz and/or its territorial branches on gas supply.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekneftegaz A. S. Sultanov and the chairman of the board of JSC Uztransgaz A. S. Mustafayev.
