About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2017 No. 704

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2017 No. 704 "About cash cover of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure and some other persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 77, the Art. 2374) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.

1. In paragraph three of the subitem 1 of Item 5 of figure "3-7" to replace with figures "1-5".
2. To state subitems 2-5 of Item 6 in the following edition:
"2) surcharge for academic degree of the doctor of philosophy (candidate of science) or the doctor of science on the corresponding specialty if activities for profile correspond to scientific degree, the military personnel (except the military personnel of compulsory military service), to faces of the private and the commanding structure in the amount of respectively 5 and 10 percent of official pay rate. In the presence of two scientific degrees surcharge is established on one (highest) academic degree;
3) surcharge for academic status by the serviceman (except the military personnel of compulsory military service), to faces of the private and the commanding structure which hold the positions connected with pedagogical or scientific activities and professors - 10 percent of official pay rate have academic status of the associate professor (the senior research associate), in the amount of 5 percent. In the presence of two or more academic statuses surcharge is established on one (highest) rank;
