About modification of article 16 of the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60/2012

Part (3) article 16 of the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60/2012 (2012, 508), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 155-159, in the following edition:
"(3) In case of determination of restriction of opportunities at the working persons, including children aged from 15 up to 18 years, the Consultation and its territorial subdivisions consider education, post, working conditions and develop recommendations about further implementation of professional activity.".
