For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation I order:
Bring in the Procedure for determination of the prices of precious metals, gemstones and products from them, acquired in accordance with the established procedure and arriving in State fund of Russia for other bases, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, and also released from it, No. 155n approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of December 19, 2014 (registration No. 37059) (further - the Procedure is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 29, 2015), the following changes:
1. In Item 13:
a) add with the new paragraph the second the following content:
"on diamonds of the forms, types and parameters of facet which are not provided by the price list of the prices, except for diamonds the mass of 6,00 carat and more - by multiplication of the prices in the US dollars for carat established by the price list of the prices of diamonds of the corresponding classification signs determined according to the normative and technical documents establishing classification signs of diamonds on the mass of diamonds and coefficients determined by commission of experts of Gokhran of Russia taking into account the prices of similar diamonds in the world market <1>;";
