WE ORDER:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on performing disinfecting of quarantine materials and objects which move through frontier of Ukraine and quarantine zones (further - Licensed conditions) which are applied.
2. To department of registration and licensing of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (to Efremov O. C), Main state inspectorate for quarantine of plants of Ukraine Ministries of agrarian policy of Ukraine (Melnik I. I.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of Licensed conditions on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Main state inspectorate for quarantine of plants of Ukraine Ministries of agrarian policy of Ukraine (Melnik I. I.) provide the publication of Licensed conditions in mass media.
