Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 24, 2017 "About education of adults" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, Art. No. 1-2, 17) the following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 13:
- in part 1:
- in paragraph eleven to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";
- add with the paragraph the twelfth the following content:
"-other information, stipulated by the legislation Republic of Tajikistan;";
- state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. The charter of educational institution of adults affirms the founder (founders) who provides state registration of the specified organization according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
2. To exclude part 3 of Article 14.
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
