2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective along with loss of force the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 1993 No. 46-93 "About standardization and certification", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
