Changes which are made to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 17, 1998 No. 972 "About approval of the Operating procedure of the organizations performing refining of precious metals, and the list of the organizations having the right to perform refining of precious metals" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 34, of Art. 4097; 2001, No. 8, Art. 755; 2002, No. 20, Art. 1859; No. 29, Art. 2977; 2009, No. 43, Art. 5077; 2013, No. 21, Art. 2650; 2015, No. 44, Art. 6130):

a) according to the procedure of work of the organizations performing refining of precious metals, approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The affinaging organizations represent to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation:

data on mass of the made affined precious metals - monthly in accordance with the established procedure;

metallurgical balance of precious metals - annually.";

in Item 8:

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"consumption rates of precious metals on production of products from the precious metals which underwent process of refining (in case of production of products by the affinaging organization from the affined precious metals);";

the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The procedure for approval, and also methodical recommendations about creation of the specified documents are established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.";
