About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of protection of the right of the child to proper maintenance by enhancement of procedure for recovery by enforcement of debt on payment of the alimony

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, Appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Part the second articles 13 after figures "174" to add 1) with figures "183-1";

Part one of Article 24 to add 2) with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1) socially useful works";

Chapter 3 to add 3) with Article 31-1 - the following content:

"Article 31-1. SOCIALLY USEFUL WORKS

Socially useful works consist in accomplishment by person who made administrative offense, paid works which type determines relevant organ of local self-government.

Socially useful works are appointed district, district in the city, by city or district court (judge) for a period of hundred twenty till two hundred forty o'clock and no more than eight hours, and minors - no more than two hours a day are carried out.

Socially useful works are not appointed to persons recognized as disabled people of I or II groups, to expectant mothers, to women 55 years are more senior and to men 60 years are more senior";

4) in Article 126:

add the name with the words "or concerning which the temporary restriction in the right of control of vehicles is set";

after part two to add with new part of the following content:

"Vehicle control by person concerning which the temporary restriction in the right of control of vehicles is set,

attracts deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of three up to six months".

With respect thereto third to consider part part four;

Chapter 14 to add 5) with Article 183-1 - the following content:

"Article 183-1. FAILURE TO PAY ALIMONY
