For the purpose of increase in level of provision of pensions of separate categories of pensioners, according to Item 2 of article 44 of the Federal law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" and part 13.1 of article 35 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2010 "About the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation" I decide No. 403-FZ:

1. Establish the coefficients applied to the amount of surcharges for the class rank (special rank) considered in case of calculation of the monthly allowance to pensions of prosecutors, scientific and pedagogical employees of bodies and organizations of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation, the staff of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and members of their families according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

The presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2015 No. 610 "About monthly surcharge to pensions to separate categories of pensioners" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 50, the Art. 7143);

The presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2016 No. 698 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2015 No. 610 "About monthly surcharge to pensions to separate categories of pensioners" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 52, the Art. 7613).

3. This Decree becomes effective since February 1, 2018.
