About introduction of the moratorium on issue of licenses for carrying out economic activity on release and carrying out lotteries
This Law is aimed at providing protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of Ukraine, the prevention of potential abuses when carrying out activities for release and carrying out lotteries.
Article 1. The moratorium on issue of licenses for carrying out economic activity on release and carrying out lotteries, stipulated in Item 24 parts three of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" is imposed (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, N 36, the Art. 299, N 45, Art. 377; 2005, N 17-19, Art. 267), before adoption of law on state regulation of activities for release and carrying out lotteries and cash draws.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
