Article 1.
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the military personnel" (appendix 1 to the Svobodnye Gory newspaper, August, 1992) the following change:
to state part 3 of Article 14 in the following edition:
"Persons which underwent compulsory military service have the privilege of receipt in the organization initial, average and higher education in the Kyrgyz Republic. Results of the all-republican testing which is handed over by person before passing of compulsory military service by it are valid within 3 years.".
This Law becomes effective in ten days after official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
