About modification of Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of recognition of person the disabled person approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2006 No. 95 "About procedure and conditions of recognition of person by the disabled person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 9, Art. 1018; 2008, No. 15, Art. 1554; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4836; 2016, No. 35, Art. 5320).

Changes which are made to Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person

1. In Item 13 (1) words "groups of disability for the first time after achievement of age of 18 years" shall be replaced with words "categories "handicapped child".

2. In Item 34:

a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "without carrying out additional survey" "without registration of the new direction for medico-social examination";

b) add with paragraphs of the following content:
