Make the following changes to "The rule of rendering certified services, issues of the certificate and maintaining the register", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 28, 2006 No. 27 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 1, Article 56; 2008, No. 1, Article 39; 2014, No. 6, Article 747, No. 9, Article 1124; 2016, No. 1, Article 173):
1. in the first offer of Item 3.1 of the word of "written agreement" shall be replaced with words "agreements or in case of personalisation of identity certificates of certification request of the local authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs issuing the identity certificate" and in the second offer of the word "For this purpose" shall be replaced with words "For issue of the certificate based on the agreement".
2. Add with Item 3.13-1 of the following content:
"3.13-1. Issue of the certificate in case of personalisation of the identity certificate is performed according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the digital signature and the electronic document" taking into account the features established by "Regulations on application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On the identity certificate of the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic", the approved Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 23, 2013 No. 3.".
