About measures for stimulation of expansion of cooperation between large industrial enterprises and production of services based on development of home work

In the solution of tasks of employment increase and strong growth of the income of the population of the republic the priority part is assigned to broad development of different forms of home work, including its cooperation with large industrial enterprises.

Strengthening of cooperation bonds of large industrial enterprises with home-workers solves important problem of increase in the income of household budgets, allows to reduce sharply the number of the unoccupied population and to attract its active part in productive activity. At the same time accounting of working life of home-workers is provided that grants the right to purpose it of pensions and benefits on social insurance.

Development of family contract on the basis of deliveries to home-workers of necessary raw materials and materials by industrial enterprises gives the chance to citizens rationally to use the time and at the same time to master production of separate types of the low-profitable and requiring big labor costs of products in home conditions that promotes increase in overall performance of large enterprises.

For the purpose of involvement in productive activity of the unoccupied population, increase in the income of household budgets, increase in efficiency of productive activity of large industrial enterprises at the expense of production organization of separate types of component parts, finished goods and services with use of home work:

1. Consider the main objectives of development of home work:

creating favorable conditions for broad involvement of the population in home labor activity, taking into account enhancement of the labor law, ensuring social protection and labor protection of home-workers;

development of cooperation between the industrial enterprises and citizens performing production and services in their orders at home, first of all, in the clothing, haberdashery, silk, overworking, furniture, electronic industry, and also in telecommunications and different industries of the services and service allowing to increase efficiency of industrial production;
