Article 1. Bring in the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 502; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145, No. 7, h 1, Art. 391, No. 11, Art. 644; 2015, No. 3, Art. 202, No. 7-9, Art. 709, Art. 710, Art. 711, No. 11, Art. 956, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1109; 2016, No. 3, Art. 133, No. 7, Art. 615) following changes:

1. Regarding the 2nd Article 87 of the word and figure "part 1 of Article 324" to replace with the word and figures of "Article 324".

2. Regarding 1 Article 93 of the word and figure "part 2 of Article 337" shall be replaced with words also in figures "part 2 articles 336, of article 337".

3. In Article 98:

- regarding 1 figure and the word "336, part 1 of Article 337" to replace with figures and words "parts 1 and 3 of Article 336"; - in part 2:

- in the paragraph the second figures and the words "336, part 1 of Article 337" shall be replaced with words also in figures "parts 1 and 3 of Article 336";

- in paragraph five of the word and figures "part 1 of Article 324" to replace with the word and figures of "Article 324".
