Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamasts_ of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1992, No. 17, Art. 275; 1995, No. 17, Art. 178; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 114, 2/1252; 2009, No. 16, 2/1558; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.07. 2012, 2/1956; 11:01. 2015, 2/2236; 12:01. 2017, 2/2452) following amendments and change:
1. Add Article 3-1 with the words "and other legal acts".
2. In Article 5 part one:
after paragraph two to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"on work retirement pension according to article 221 of this Law – in the presence of length of service with payment of compulsory insurance premiums in the budget of fund at least 10 years;";

The persons which reached generally established retirement age, not having this Law of length of service required according to the paragraph the second part one of Article 5 with payment of compulsory insurance premiums in the budget of fund have pension entitlement on age:
a) men – in case of length of service at least 40 years;
women – in case of length of service at least 35 years;
