1. Consider carrying out effective policy of assistance of employment of the population, stimulation of labor employment and self-employment, support of entrepreneurial initiative, ensuring legalization of labor activity with one of the main performance indicators of work of heads of local executive and administrative organs.

* For the purposes of this Decree the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who got permission to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus and the residence permit in the Republic of Belarus treat citizens.
2. Determine that:
2.1. Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
annually when forming parameters of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus determines:
forecast indicators in the field of assistance of employment of the population and their quarterly values;
the list of the territories with intense situation in the labor market;
performs monitoring of accomplishment of forecast indicators in the field of assistance of employment of the population in the republic on areas and Minsk, the labor market, and also monitoring, quality evaluation and availability of services in the field of assistance of employment of the population in these regions;
