ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 21, 1998 No. 1305 "About the list of representatives of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republican tripartite commission on social partnership and regulation of social and employment relationships" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998, No. 48, the Art. 437):

to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chairman".

2. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 16, 1999 No. 247 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation, activities and liquidation of advisory advisory bodies under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and working groups" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 70):
