Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2002 "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 87, 2/882; 2006, No. 179, 2/1267; 2007, No. 118, 2/1309; 2008, No. 119, 2/1432; 2009, No. 276, 2/1608; 2010, No. 17, 2/1661; 2011, No. 65, 2/1823; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.05.2013, 2/2024; 14:01. 2016, 2/2353) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"change of border of the parcel of land – change of lengths of lines, quantities of rotary points or angles of rotation of border of the parcel of land in case of which cadastral number and purpose of the parcel of land remain invariable;";
from the paragraph of the thirteenth word "the restriction set concerning real estate in connection with servicing of power lines, pipelines and other engineering constructions" to exclude;
in the paragraph the fourteenth to replace the word of "borders" with the word "borders";
add Article with the paragraph the twenty second the following content:
"the electronic copy of the paper document – the electronic display of the paper document corresponding to the original and signed by the digital signature of person which made such electronic display.".
2. In Item 2 of Article 3 "isolated" to replace the word with the word of "superficial".
3. Item 1 of article 5 after the word "registrars" to add with the words "the authorized intermediaries".
