About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 146 "About financing in 2015-2017 of purchase of the modern machinery and equipment" the following changes:

JSC Promagroleasing in coordination with the Industry ministry acquires the modern machinery and equipment, made in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, at producer organizations by the conclusion of contracts of delivery with them for the subsequent transfer to leasing to legal entities of the Republic of Belarus.

Financing of purchase of JSC Promagroleasing of the modern machinery and equipment is performed according to the signed delivery agreements at the expense of the loans granted to JSC Development Bank Republic of Belarus, and means received by JSC Promagroleasing in the form of advance payments under agreements of finance lease (leasing) according to subitem 1.1 of this Item.

Advance payments under agreements of finance lease (leasing) can be fully or partially directed to financing of the investment expenses connected with acquisition of the modern machinery and equipment, not included in delivery agreements.";
