1. Make to the section VII Provisions on the organization of asset sale (property) of the liquidated banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits against March 24, 2016 No. 388, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2016 for No. 606/28736 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 5, 2017 No. 1872), the following changes:

"4. If open tenderings (auction) took place, the Fund receives from the organizer of the biddings the protocol of open tenderings (auction) with indication of lot selling price. The bank signs the purchase and sale agreement of asset (property) not earlier than three working days and no later than 20 working days from the date of completion of open tenderings (auction) with possibility of prolongation of this term for the decision of Fund in case of receipt of reasonable representation by Fund from bank and implementation by the winner of such open tenderings (auction) of complete payment of means for lot (aggregate term cannot exceed 132 working days and cannot come to an end after the termination of term of liquidation of bank), provides carrying out calculations according to it and during the next working day after day of carrying out calculations informs authorized structural division of Fund on completion of calculations.
