About reorganization of departments of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) republican public institution "Committee of pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by accession to it of republican public institution "Committee of payment of medical services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) republican public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
