About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, Appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

5 parts two of Article 42 and Article 77-2 of the word to "disabled veterans" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item to "persons with disability owing to war";

2) in parts one and the sixth Article 83, the name of Article 182-1 of the word of "the handicapped child since the childhood" shall be replaced with words "the child with disability since the childhood";

3) in part one of Article 182-1 of the word of "the disabled person since the childhood" shall be replaced with words "person with disability since the childhood" in the corresponding case;

To replace 4) in the text of the Code of the word "disabled person" and "handicapped child" in all cases and numbers respectively with the words "person with disability" and "child with disability" in the corresponding case and number.

2. In the text of the Family code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135) the words "disabled person" and "handicapped child" in all cases and numbers to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine respectively with the words "person with disability" and "child with disability" in the corresponding case and number.

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 252 with subsequent changes):

1) in the name the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability";

2) in part three of Article 2 of the word "Conventions on the Rights of Disabled People" shall be replaced with words "Conventions on the rights of persons with disability";
