About informing the population on the level of safety of services of public catering in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of creation of system of informing the population on the level of safety of services of public catering in the republic, according to article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for informing the population on the level of safety of the services of public catering provided by subjects of entrepreneurship (further - the Provision) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform financing of production of stickers since January 1, 2020 within the approved estimates.

3. Determine that:

- the subjects of entrepreneurship providing services of public catering inform consumers results of checks according to the Provision;

- implementation of procedure for informing the population on the level of safety of services of public catering is performed in two stages:

the first stage covers the objects of public catering located in the territory of the city of Bishkek and the Issyk kul region, begins since April 1, 2018 and lasts for 12 months;

the second stage covers the objects of public catering located in all territory of the republic and begins since April 1, 2019.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since April 1, 2018.
