About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the minimum requirements to listing of securities in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 17, 2015 No. 224

For the purpose of market development of securities of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the paragraph the second parts 2 of article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the minimum requirements to listing of securities in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 17, 2015 No. 224 the following changes:

in the minimum requirements to listing of the securities in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 1 with the paragraph third the following content:

"The debt securities issued by local government bodies join in listing of securities of stock exchange in the second (following the highest) category with observance of the requirements specified in Chapter 3 of these minimum requirements.";

- add item 4 with the paragraph the second the following content:

"For stay in listing of securities of stock exchange of municipal securities in the second (following the highest) categories issuer is the local government body.";

- add Chapter 3 with Item 9-1 of the following content:

"9-1. For finding of debt securities of the issuer in the second (following the highest) categories of listing of stock exchange debt securities and their issuer shall conform to the following requirements:

a) the amount of release of the debt securities issued by local government bodies shall, constitute at least 1 million som;
