Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 142 "Some questions of management of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 686, No. 34, the Art. 1095, No. 67, the Art. 2000, No. 94, the Art. 2839) changes which are applied.

1. In the paragraph the twelfth Item 3 of the resolution of the word "one year" shall be replaced with words "two years".
2. According to the procedure of carrying out competitive candidate screen to position of the independent member of the supervisory board of the state unitary enterprise and their appointment, and also carrying out competitive candidate screen to position of the independent member of the supervisory board of economic society in whose authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state, the independent members of the supervisory board offered by the subject of management of objects of state-owned property before election to position, approved by the specified resolution:
Item 2 after paragraph one to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Competitive selection by determination of candidates for position of independent members of the supervisory board of bank in case of its capitalization by the state or conclusion from the market of insolvent bank with participation of the state is performed taking into account regulations on the principles of forming of the supervisory board of such bank.".
