Some questions of provision of pensions of separate categories of citizens

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 26, 2008 No. 265 "Some questions of provision of pensions of citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 25, the Art. 785, No. 74, Art. 2485; 2009, No. 81, Art. 2742; 2012, No. 91, Art. 3686; 2014, No. 34, Art. 911; 2015, No. 94, the Art. 3215) changes which are applied.

2. Determine that since October 1, 2017 the monthly government address assistance to persons specified in paragraph one of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 26, 2008 to No. 265 "Some questions of provision of pensions of citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 25, the Art. 785), is recalculated also after this date before establishment of the size of subsistence minimum which will exceed its size established for December 1, 2017 and it is increased by 79 hryvnias, it is appointed with use of the size of the subsistence minimum for persons which lost working capacity established for December 1, 2017. The law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2017", increased by 79 hryvnias.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since October 1, 2017.
