About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
According to Item 6 parts one of Article 1, to the paragraph to the seventh the subitem 2 of Item 6 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About education", to the Procedure for carrying out external independent estimation and monitoring of quality of education approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2004 No. 1095 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 8, 2015 to No. 533), I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the procedural commission under the regional center of estimation of quality of education approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of December 26, 2014 No. 1526, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 11, 2015 for No. 271/26716, which are applied.
2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the appeal commission under the Ukrainian center of estimation of quality of education approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of December 26, 2014 No. 1526, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 11, 2015 for No. 272/26717, which are applied.
3. To department of general secondary and preschool education (Kononenko Yu. G.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Hobzey P. K.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
