About modification of the Regulations on procedure for opening of privatization deposit accounts by housing checks and implementation of payments from them
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 41, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine concerning the financial accounting Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. In Item 3.7 of Chapter 3 of the Regulations on procedure for opening of privatization deposit accounts by housing checks and the implementation from them of payments approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 27, 2000 No. 179, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 2000 at No. 378/4599 (with changes), words and figures "approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.06.2004 No. 280, Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 26.07.2004 for No. 919/9518 (with changes)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 11, 2017 No. 89 (with changes)".
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Yablunevsky A. N.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Smoliya Ya. V.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
