About Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law on protection of the economic competition
According to the Laws of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine", "About protection against unfair competition", "About protection of the economic competition", for the purpose of implementation of the state control of compliance with law about protection of the economic competition, protection of interests of subjects of housekeeping and consumers from its violations when implementing economic activity by subjects of housekeeping and in case of realization of powers by authorities, local government bodies, bodies of administrative management and control concerning subjects of housekeeping,
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law on protection of the economic competition which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of observance of the antitrust law approved by the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of November 29, 1999 N249-r, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 10, 1999 for N855/4148.
3. This order becomes effective from day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the economic competition".
