Article 1

Article 1 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"means of placement - the property complex including the building or part of the building, room, the equipment and other property and used for temporary accommodation and ensuring temporary residence of physical persons;

hotel - means of placement in which hotel services are provided and which belongs to one of types of the hotels provided by the regulations on classification of hotels approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. The means of placement used for implementation of the main activities of the organizations of rest and improvement of children, the medical organizations, the organizations of social servicing, the sports organizations, the centralized religious organizations do not belong to hotels;

hotel services - range of services on provision to physical persons of means of placement and other services provided by the Rules of provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation approved by the Government of the Russian Federation which are provided by individual entrepreneurs and legal entities;
