1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for creation and submission of administrative data on activities of dealers in securities to the National commission on securities and stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 25, 2012 No. 1283, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2012 at No. 1737/22049 (with changes), the following changes:

Paragraph two of Item 8 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:

"If the paper form of Data contains more than one leaf, such paper form of Data shall be strung together, sheets are numbered and certified by the authorized signature of the dealer in securities.";

Item 2 of the Section II to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:

"2.11. Certificates of the executed contract (ra) with securities and other financial instruments of foreign issuers made outside Ukraine (appendix 15 to this Provision)";
