Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 26, 2009 "About credit stories" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 3, the Art. 85) the following changes and amendment:

1. To exclude from the paragraph of the fifteenth of Article 2 of the word "provision of information on him in Bureau of credit histories source of forming of credit history or".

3. In Article 7:

- about qualification requirements to founders and heads of Bureau of credit histories;

- about procedure, terms and amount of information and the information provided to Bureau of credit histories to authorized body.".

4. To state paragraph two of part 1 of Article 16 in the following edition:

"-receive from suppliers of information of the information about subjects of credit history without the consent of subjects of credit history;".

5. The paragraph one of part 2 of Article 18 to state in the following edition:

"-in writing to notify the subject of credit story about provision of information about him in Bureau of credit histories;".
